By submitting content, you grant Lifexis Care a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Display your content on the platform
Distribute your content to platform users
Moderate, review, and curate your content
Store and backup your content on our servers

This license continues for as long as your content remains on the platform. You can remove your content at any time.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You represent and warrant that:

You have the right to share the content
Your content does not infringe on anyone else's rights
Your content is truthful and based on genuine personal experiences
You have obtained consent from any individuals mentioned or identifiable in your stories

5. Content Guidelines

Prohibited Content

The following content is not permitted:

❌ False or fabricated stories
❌ Others' personally identifiable information without consent
❌ Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content

Encouraged Content

✅ Honest, personal health experiences
✅ Lessons learned from your health journey
✅ Symptom descriptions that help others recognize early signs
✅ Supportive and empathetic comments
✅ Constructive feedback and shared knowledge

All stories represent individual personal experiences and should not be interpreted as medical advice
Lifexis Care does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any health information shared by users

Lifexis Care, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any health decisions, outcomes, or consequences arising from the use of information on this platform.

7. Content Moderation

All submitted stories are reviewed by our moderation team before publication
We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion
Moderation decisions are final
Content flagged for medical advice will be labeled accordingly

8. Interactions and Community

Be respectful and supportive in all interactions
Do not use comments to provide medical advice
Report content that violates our guidelines
You may follow other users and manage notification preferences

9. Intellectual Property

The Lifexis Care brand, logo, design, and codebase are the property of Lifexis Care
User-generated content remains the property of its respective authors
You may not reproduce or create derivative works from the platform without permission
Sharing links to stories for personal, non-commercial purposes is encouraged

10. Account Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time by contacting admin@lifexiscare.com
Previously published stories may be retained in anonymized form

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, submit false or harmful content repeatedly, engage in harassment, attempt to circumvent platform security, or use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lifexis Care is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of user-submitted stories
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, health decisions based on content, unauthorized access, or service interruptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the preceding 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifexis Care from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, content you submit, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
